Delayed packages, lost or stolen packages
We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages on time. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues which are out of our control.
We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers regarding reshipment, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability.
