How does free shipping work?

We offer free shipping on order(s) over 50 USD.

Do you ship to all countries?

Yes, we ship to all countries. We do not ship to P.O. Box or APO/FPO address.

What kind of shipping methods do you offer?

All orders placed before 2:00 PM EST will ship on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be shipped until the following business day.

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our team has received your order. uses United States Postal Service, FedEx SmartPost, FedEx Ground or FedEx Air to ship your orders. You will receive a shipping confirmation email confirming the carrier and the estimated delivery date.

How do I track my order(s)?

After your order being shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking information within 48 hours, Input your tracking number into the carrier’s website or click here to input your tracking number. How do I change or cancel my order(s)?

Orders can be changed or cancelled before they have been shipped. Once they have shipped, we cannot change order(s) details or cancel them. If your order(s) has not shipped, please contact us at [email protected] to make changes.

What if my product arrived damaged?

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us email [email protected]. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.

I haven’t received my order(s) yet – what do I do?

If you have any questions regarding your shipment or if you have not received your tracking number, you are more welcome to contact us at [email protected] and we will assist you further.

Customs, taxes and duties

Your destination country/region may require value-added tax (VAT), other taxes and/or customs fees. Handmadeprom bears all taxes and fees.

Delayed packages, lost or stolen packages

We have established partnerships with all our carriers and aim to deliver all packages on time. Please note we will not be held responsible for delays in packages that may occur due to weather, incorrect address information or carrier-related issues which are out of our control.

We will do our best to resolve each issue for all of our customers regarding reshipment, claims or lost packages to the best of our ability. In the event a package has been lost, missing or cannot confirm delivery with tracking we will process a reshipment of the order(s). Packages that show a confirmed delivery from the carrier will be subject to investigation and not eligible for a refund until resolved. Should your package not show up, or arrive damaged, please contact us at: [email protected] with your order(s) number.

If your order(s) was marked as delivered but you did not receive the package, please contact our customer service right away. We will start an investigation with the shipping carrier to retrieve your package. The carrier investigation may take up to 5 business days. We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has conducted an investigation and deemed the parcel lost. Handmadeprom is not responsible for any stolen packages.
